My brother frequents this car wash. I really needed to get this winter storm cleared off my truck, so I decided to check it out. Joe was great! He talked through all the options, and even brought over some towels, an air freshener, & some more information. He also cleaned my floor mats!! One wash & my truck feels sooo much better.

Lovely people, the car wash did an amazing job! I was very surprised by how much hospitality they had. The manager named Caeden did an amazing job and even asked to wash my floor mats for me without hesitation. My car wash scrubby clean and no complaints.

Great first experience here! Joe informed me of a promotion they had going on where you get a free month with any purchase. So I got 30 days of washes for just $15. He was so friendly and welcoming. Not many places these days offer exceptional customer service like Joe provided. This will be my new place!

Joe was incredibly helpful during the car wash experience. He asked if he could clean and dry the mats and even checked to see if there was anything else he could help with. His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out. Best service

Love the way my car looks after the Ceramic wash! Also really appreciate the personal and professional service received from Joe and other staff. I go to the Hamburg car wash and always a good experience since Joe has been working there. Joe keeps the vacuums and Matt service working well. Thanks so much for wonderful experience at the car wash, I have the unlimited Ceramic plan! Am very happy with this device.

I had exceptional service from Joe and truly appreciate all his help. He’s always there in the morning, ready to assist and making sure my car is taken care of and kept clean. The car wash is absolutely amazing—hands down the best place in town. The entire team provides awesome customer service. Everyone is eager to help, and you never have to wait around to get assistance. This kind of service definitely makes me want to keep coming back. 🚗✨

Amazing wash! I got the least expensive option and still felt like my car was fully clean after the whole experience which doesn’t happen at many other places for me! Heather helped me at the front and she was an absolute dream! I parked a little too far away and she came up and helped me figure out my card for me when it wasn’t working on it’s own! Honestly, the best car wash experience I’ve ever had! Thank you Heather!!
